Business and personal questions for Sandi may be submitted through a ticket as well, however, due to high-demand, there is not a guarantee that your question will get answered. To guarantee that your question(s) do get answered, you may book a coaching session* with Sandi, of 3-hours minimum. To book, you may use the Client Care contact information above.
*Please note that this 1-on-1 coaching session is not included with your membership and will require a seperate payment.

When Are The Weekly Webinars?
Weekly Webinars take place on Monday’s at 1p CST within the Private FB Group. Monday mornings (unless stated otherwise), the Zoom URL to view the webinar will be posted for you. If you can’t make the webinar, please note that all webinars are recorded to enjoy at a later time. Recordings are posted in the FB Group within 24 hours after the webinar is finished.

When Are Q&A Days?
Q&A is done at the last 15 minutes of each webinar. Q&A also takes place on random days throughout the month within the Private FB Group, in which Sandi announces*. You will be able to submit your questions within the comment section of her post.

When you receive your login information for the Thinkific Learning Platform, login, and you will see VAULT with over 70 courses made available just for you!

How Do I Cancel My Account?

How Often Do I Get Billed?
Payments are recurring and are dependent on the membership you purchased.
Annual Payments = Every 365 Days
Monthly Payments = Every 30 Days

What Is The Refund Process?
If a cancellation is made within (3) business days of an automated billing, a refund may be issued, however no refunds shall be done after (3) business days of the charge date.
